We are making huge progress in ensuring our workforce represents the diversity of our borough: 

  • Our Executive Management Team is now 43% BAME, an increase of 18% in this administration  
  • Our Senior Leadership Team is now 29% BAME, an increase of 17% in this administration  
  • 45% of our staff are from a BAME background, an increase of 8% in this administration.
  • We have reduced our gender pay gap by 21%
