We are calling on Southeastern to reverse its decision to cut off-peak direct train services through Blackheath to London Charing Cross. Southeastern have stated with no public consultation that from 11 December 2022 there will be no off peak service from Blackheath to London Charing Cross and travellers will need to change at London Bridge.

Many residents in Blackheath rely on these connections to earn a living, socialise, and travel. In a time of acute anxiety about the Cost of Living and a widespread desire to improve London’s air quality, accessible and reliable public transport is essential.

Any changes to services also disproportionately affect commuters and those less able to travel, with journeys becoming more complicated and difficult. So sign this petition today to tell Southeastern no to these cuts.
