We entered into a partnership to deliver a private rented scheme with a difference on Besson Street, which will provide over 300 privately rented homes with long term and well-managed tenancies. 3% of the homes will be let at London Living Rent to key workers and the site will also deliver a new GP surgery and community facilities.
