We have teamed up with Restorative Now to develop an Immersive Schools programme that delivers training for teachers and pastoral staff to recognise and manage risk and encourage restorative practices. Children and young people are also provided with mentoring to develop their emotional literacy and skills. 

The programme has had very positive feedback from teachers. So far it has been completed at two schools and is being rolled out to more across the borough.
