Lewisham Council is today flying the rainbow flag in solidarity with the victims of the terrible slaughter in Orlando.

Mayor Steve Bullock said; 'we wanted to make this small gesture of our solidarity with the people of Orlando, and with LGBT communities both in America and here in Lewisham. The diversity of Lewisham's community is one of our great strengths and we stand united in condemning this abhorrent atrocity.'
